Fancy working with me on a collaborative, interdisciplinary R&D project with Coup Media, to develop an enterprise-scale chatbot infrastructure? You will be developing the idea of “chatbots-as-a-service”, infrastructure to enhance enterprise-scale customer services, applying intelligent data-driven approaches to provide deeper insight via personality, behaviour and emotion, allowing companies to automate and improve how they support their customers.
This is a two-year KTP project, funded by Innovate UK with support from the Welsh Government, working in partnership between academics at Cardiff Met (including Dr Ana Calderon) and Coup Media.
