Come and work with me: DevOps Engineer/Researcher

Fancy working with me on a collaborative, interdisciplinary R&D project with DevOpsGuys to optimise software management and delivery? You will be developing deeper insight into DevOps and the software development and IT management lifecycle via “digital” supply chains, identifying new models and applying intelligent data-driven approaches to improve how they can support their customers.

This is a two-year KTP project, funded by Innovate UK with support from the Welsh Government, working in partnership between academics at Cardiff Met (including Professor Andrew Thomas) and DevOpsGuys, an award-winning UK DevOps consultancy based in Cardiff. The position has a salary of c.£25,000 (depending on experience), as well as a generous professional development package of c.£8,000; see the jobs.ac.uk advert, full role description and apply via the Cardiff Met jobs website. For informal enquiries, please drop me an email for a chat: tcrick@cardiffmet.ac.uk.

Deadline for applications: Friday 22 September (with interviews scheduled to take place in the week commencing 2 October 2017).
