So today I formally start my new job as Professor of Digital Education & Policy at Swansea University, split across three parts of the institution: primarily based in Swansea School of Education (SUSE) in the College of Arts & Humanities; in the Department of Computer Science (and the new Computational Foundry) in the College of Science; and also in the College of Human & Health Sciences. My professorial role will include research, policy, innovation and engagement — with some teaching in SUSE — as well as a wider institutional focus on digital and civic mission.
